In compliance with Section 115C-76.25 of the North Carolina General Statutes, Currituck County Schools is making a list of parents’ rights with respect to their children available on its website.

For purposes of this document (linked above), parent includes any person who has legal custody of a student, including a natural parent, adoptive parent, or legal guardian.
