             Hello, and welcome to Food s 1 & 2. I am excited to share my knowledge and work experience with my future Culinarians. I graduated from East Carolina University with a Bachelor's degree in Hospitality Management followed by an Associate degree in the Culinary Arts at the Culinary Institute of America in Hyde Park NY.
    My culinary degree has allowed me to gain experience in large Corporations such as Aramark, small Family owned Restaurants like the Bad Bean, Striper's Bar & Grill, and medium sized Establishments such as the Ratskeller in Munich, Germany, the Belvedere Mansion in NY an recently, The Blue Point (Duck.NC). This will be my seventh year teaching at CCHS and I hope to share my professional experience and inspire you to follow a path of multiple culinary opportunities.
