Since beginning my professional career in education in 1993, the flame and passion that I have for education continues to burn. I am motivated by the spirit of success and look forward to another exciting and rewarding year.

In preparation for state testing which will be given in late May, instruction will consist primarily of writing, grammar, and literary genres such as fiction, nonfiction, folklore, drama, poetry, and novels, with the primary focus being on literary nonfiction.

For the time being, Book Talks are postponed due to the pandemic.

A2. Yes, students have one Book Talk per month (honors, every other month for other students) along with other minor projects done in class.    For a link to the Book Talk due dates and information, click on Important files on the left.
The Fiction and Nonfiction Forms can be found under the link at the left for important files.
