    Remember to check this page throughout the off-season and during the regular season for updates or changes to schedules or practices due to inclement weather or other circumstances.  You may also call or email a coach using the information listed above or contact the school's Main Office for changes or updates as well.  In addition, information may be disseminated via the "Alert Now" system.
     
     
    ATTENTION PARENTS AND ATHLETES - 
     
     
     
    Attention Parents:  All athletes must have a completed  physical before participating in any sports activity.  No athlete will be allowed to participate without a completed physical form.  Forms can be obtained from the football team coaching staff, Athletic Director, or from the school's Main Office.  In addition, forms can be downloaded from the Athletic Directory Webpage.
     
     
    Attention Parents:  
     
     
    Attention Parents:  We have created an email group for CCMS Football.  If you would like to receive cancellation notifications and other information about team happenings via email, please provide me with your email address and I'll include you in the group.  Again, we appreciate your support and assistance.  It's a pleasure working with you and your children.
     
     
    Effective immediately, all players are authorized to ride home with their parents during away games.   Each athlete riding home with his parents must notify the coaching staff in advance.  A plan will be designed before the regular season begins to ensure all game uniform items are returned the next day.  We hope this decision will eliminate any personal hardship for our parents.
