Welcome to First Grade!

Hello and welcome to my FABULOUS FIRSTIES page! My name is Ashley Pritchett and I have been teaching since 2019. I have worked in various capacities in Currituck County Schools since 2013. I have tutored, been a substitute, worked as a computer lab TA, and worked as a kindergarten and first grade instructional assistant. I graduated from East Carolina University in December 2018, with a Bachelor in Elementary Education with a concentration in reading. 

In addition to my teaching adventures, I have four children myself. It is exciting to say that two of my children have graduated from CCHS and I have one in high school and one in elementary! Some of my favorite things to do are go to the beach, read a good book, and spend time with friends. 

I look forward to a great school year with your child, where eagle readers are eagle leaders.
