Welcome to CTE (Career & Technical Education) classes!  I am Christina Williams, your new business/ entrepreneurship teacher and I'm looking for a great year of learning and growing.

What I have found with students is that they want, need, and thrive on being engaged. We do a lot of group/interactive project-based learning, which is such a wonderful way to learn the concept and retain it.  Sometimes they are allowed to choose their own group, but most of the time I assign them to a group. This way, they get to move around the classroom and engage with their peers that maybe they would never speak to otherwise. This has really opened up the conversation and allowed students to feel more comfortable with their peers.
