    Hello parents and students! I am Kimberly Baratta, a Learning Lab Facilitator at CCHS. I have a Bachelor's Degree in Psychology and have spent a great deal of my professional career teaching and encouraging young minds. Sometimes, students fall behind in a class for one reason or another. I am here to help them recover their credits and get back on track through the online Apex program. My position in the Learning lab gives me an excellent opportunity to motivate and inspire students to see the best in themselves. I want students to leave my classroom feeling they can achieve anything if they are willing to work hard against all odds. I want my students to feel better about themselves leaving my classroom than they did coming in. My motto is "Hard work beats talent when talent doesn't work hard." 

    I look forward to helping each student succeed and be the best Knight he/she can be!
