Welcome to the Raider Family!
My name is Paula Weeks and I teach business/career courses for the Career And Technical Education Department at Currituck County Middle School. I look forward to a great school year in 2024-25. I use Google Classroom for instruction, information, and assignments. Please refer to the district website for important school information as well as the school calendar for this academic school year. I am looking forward to working with you and your child(ren) to explore career decisions and business skills that will help prepare them for the future. My goal is to insure that your child(ren) is as excited about their future as I am about their education. ALL students enrolled in my classes will be invited to join my Google Classroom at the beginning of each semester. During the semester, students need to check their email regularly to receive classroom updates, important information, correct curriculum codes, as well as frequently check Power School for academic progress. Parents can also be added to Google classroom to recieve classroom notifications. I am also the FBLA (Future Business Leaders of America) advisor for CCMS, information will be sent home at the start of the school year/semester. I would love for your child(ren) to be an active member/leader in this wonderful organization. My office hours are Monday thru Thursday from 9:10 a.m. - 10:15 a.m., and Friday 9:00 a.m. - 9:30 a.m. You may reach me on campus at (252)453-2171 ext 4019, by email pweeks@currituck.k12.nc.us. I check my messages daily and return calls/emails promptly. Email will be my best and quickest method of communication.
