Hello!  My name is Amy Morris.  I was born and raised here in Currituck County.  I received my teaching degree in Exceptional Children Learning Disabilities and Intelectual Disabilities from Elizabeth City State Universtiy.  I throughly love working with special needs children and do consider them not only my students but my children.  

My Wonderful husband, Lee and I have one son, James.  He keeps us very busy with sports, hunting and fishing.  We enjoy spending time on the boat, on the  soccer fields and on our Goat farm.  We currently have 7 dairy goats.  Spending time doing what we love is very important to us, which is why I continue to look forward to coming back to school each year.
