Welcome to CCHS Athletics, "Home of the Knights". 

 

CCHS has excelled in academics and in athletics.  The CCHS athletic department supports many varsity sports. We belong to the Northeastern Coastal Conference.  Our athletic program emphasizes activities where participation by as many student athletes as possible is a primary objective. CCHS has set high goals and standards for our programs.  All of our programs are guided by the rules and regulations of the North Carolina High School Athletic Association (NCHSAA). We expect our athletes, coaches and parents to always represent CCHS and the community with the utmost respect as well as adhere to all school and district policies (see the handbook for more details). **CCHS won the Wells Fargo Cup in 2012, 2013, and 2015 for having the best overall athletic program for that school year. We also won the Northeastern Coastal Conference Sportsmanship Award for 2016-2017. Both of these awards are a tribute to our coaches, players, administrators, staff, parents, and fans......a true TEAM effort!  TEAM: TOGETHER EVERYONE ACHIEVES MORE!
