Hello Everyone 

Welcome to the Driver's Education page for Currituck County High School. My name is Mrs. Threadgill and I am the new Driver's Ed Coordinator. It will be a pleasure to meet your Driver's Education needs, questions and concerns. I wanted to inform you of all a couple little tidbits of information.

• Once your child has completed the driver's education course and has received a certificate, regardless of if it is private or with the school, the student or parents  will need to come see Mrs.Threadgill in the guidance department to recieve your North Carolina Driving Eligibility Certificate. It is imperative that you complete this step BEFORE YOU GO TO DMV! 

• Also, if your student is participating in any seasonal sports, it is imperative that the student gets in contact with the coaches to make them aware they are in a driver's ed class if they are unable to accommodate them. Please let me know asap so we can change the student to a class that will fit the schedule for them.
