Hello! I am so happy to be here! I have been teaching for 19 years in North Carolina. I spent the first seven years teaching fifth grade at Pasquotank Elementary and the next seven years teaching sixth grade ELA/SS/Science at Elizabeth City Middle School. This is my fifth year at Currituck County Middle School, teaching 7th grade Science.

On a personal note, I like to spend time with my family, cook family dinners, work in my garden, and go to the beach to collect seashells and driftwood in my spare time.
