  • Dear students and family members,

    I’m working to help you stay physically active and healthy while are school is closed. In order to meet physical education goals students should be active every day.  I would like you to complete the following fitness challenge cards.


    1. Walk / Run – 10 minutes each day.
    2. Complete each fitness challenge card - 2 minutes for each card.


    I would like you to visit . From there you’ll be able visit links for your grade level.
