  • If you have a student that is being withdrawn or has recently grauated that has money remaining on their student meal account, please download the Parent/Guardian Refund Request Form below, complete the form, and return the form to the School Nutrition Department for processing.

    All refund request must be made within 1 year of leaving Currituck County Schools.

    To file a program complaint of discrimination, complete the USDA Program Discrimination Complaint Form, (AD-3027) found online at:, and at any USDA office, or write a letter addressed to USDA and provide in the letter all of the information requested in the form.
