• Transportation Requests

     
    Submit a Transportation Request Form
    Using Our Digital Submission Form or by 
    Downloading the Form Below and
    Submitting it to the CCS Transportation Office.
     

     
    Please have 2023-2024 Transportation Request Forms submitted to the CCS Transportation Office by the dates below to ensure transportation on the first day of school:
     
    J.P. Knapp Early College High School - Submit Form by August 3
    (for the 1st Day of School on August 9)
     
    All Other Schools - Submit Form by August 14
    (for the 1st Day of School on August 28th)
     
    Requests received after the deadlines will be accepted and processed as soon as possible
    but will result in a delay in receiving a bus assignment and route
    for the start of the 2023-2024 school year. 
     

     
    Who should submit a form?
    *Students new to a school location and who have not yet completed the form
    (e.g., students new to the district, starting Kindergarten, rising 6th or 9th graders)
    *Currently enrolled CCS students who have moved
    and had a change in permanent home address, or
    *Currently enrolled CCS students who signed up for transportation
    last school year but never rode or stopped riding the bus
     
    Families do not have to complete a new Transportation Request Form if all transportation information from the previous school year remains the same.
