 I am a Currituck County native. I attended several of our schools in Currituck and graduated from Currituck County High School. I am also a proud graduate of East Carolina University with a BS in Elementary Education with a concentration in Mathematics. I am beginning my 25th year teaching with all of them being in sixth grade. I taught first at Moyock Elementary and then moved to Moyock Middle when it opened in 2002. I enjoy reading, going to the beach and spending time with my family.
