Greetings.

I am grateful for the opportunity to serve the J.P. Knapp Early College students, staff, and community. Being new to the area, my wife and I have enjoyed and appreciated the warm hospitality that the members of this community have offered us. Prior to our move to Currituck County, I served 16 years as a CTE teacher and 9 years as an assistant principal at the secondary level for Union County Public Schools. My focus has always been preparing our students for the next stage of their lives. I earned my undergraduate degree in Business Administration/Marketing from S.U.N.Y. at Fredonia and my graduate degree in Educational Leadership from Wingate University. My interests include being on, in, or around the water; anything automotive; and spending time with my family. I am also a keeper of odd knowledge. Thank you for trusting me to help our students develop into the productive citizens that they will become.
