    Mrs. Archer's 1st Grade Class

     

    Welcome to the new school year!

    This is going to be an exciting year! I'd like to tell you a little about myself. I am a California native and moved to Virginia in my teens. I have called the east coast home for most of my life. I am a graduate of Great Bridge High School. I received my Associate degree in Early Education from Tidewater Community College, my Bachelor's degree in Elementary Education from Norfolk State University and my Master's degree in Education from Regent University. I have my National Board Certification. I have been teaching Early Education for the past 30 years.

    I am a mother of three grown children and have 9 grandchildren. I am looking forward to getting to know you and your child. I am confident your child will succeed as we work together throughout the year.  If you need to contact me for any reason, please send me a message through Dojo.  I will get back to you in a timely fashion.

    8:00-9:40- English Language Arts

    9:40-10:25- Specials

    10:25-11:00- Science

    11:00-11:30- Writing

    11:30-11:55- LUNCH

    11:55-12:20 Recess

    12:30-1:30 Math

    1:30-2:15- Panther Power Up (Interventions & Learning Extensions)

    2:15-2:30- Read Aloud

    2:30- Dismissal
