• I am a very active and energetic person. I love working out, training clients before school as well as going to the beach riding bikes with my kids and hanging by the pool. Anything outdoors and active is where you will find me. My husband and kids enjoy being active as well. I have 4 children and three dogs. I am looking forward to being a bulldog and being more involved in the school community. I was born and raised in Northern New Jersey and moved down to Currituck in 2010. I was always involved in sports starting at a young age and always knew I wanted to be a teacher. Physical education was my niche. I have previously taught physical education and health at Barringer high school in Newark, Jones magnet middle school in Hampton, Kings Fork high school in Suffolk and most recently Indian River middle school in Chesapeake. I am a team player and look forward to starting my 14th year teaching at MMS.
