Mrs. Ballance's Personal Message
Welcome all students and parents to the 2023-24 School year. I am looking forward to a year filled with fun and great learning opportunities. My name is Mrs. Kim Ballance. I have been teaching for 24 Years with the last 5 years here at Moyock Elementary School (MES). I am married and have 1 son and have lived in Elizabeth City, NC for most of my life. I love teaching and am very dedicated to my career and students.

MES wants to provide parents with as much information as possible. Parents can obtain a lot of valuable information from the school’s website.
